  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Custom or special-order products

4. Return of Product (If Required)

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
